Support Coordination
We offer support coordination services tailored to your needs and designed to help you and your loved ones make the most of the NDIS. We’ll work with you to understand what you need, then do everything we can to ensure you get it.
We’re here for an initial assessment of your needs for ongoing case management.
You’ll also be able to take advantage of our other NDIS-related services, such as financial planning and budgeting advice, mental health support and advocacy, community information and referrals, legal assistance, and more!
